摘要
以水稻品系哈04-34为材料,利用盆栽试验,在人工气候箱内模拟水稻生长环境,进行全生育期地调查,研究有机污染物硝基苯不同浓度溶液对水稻生长发育、产量性状及稻米安全性的影响。结果表明,硝基苯处理抑制水稻的生长发育,表现为拖后抽穗、延缓抽穗进程、延迟成熟等症状;水稻在产量上均有不同程度的下降,主要是由于每穴穗数明显下降;用硝基苯污染水灌溉的水稻,污染达到国家标准浓度的3倍以上的稻田区没有种植水稻的价值,低浓度条件下只要水稻能正常成熟,其植株和籽粒中均不能检测出有机污染物的残留。
Take rice line Ha04-34 as variety in this study, which cultivated in pot and putted m climatic cabinate, effect of contamination of nitrobenzene on rice growth, yield traits and food security were studied. The results were as follows: effect of nitrobenzene on rice growth were delaying heading and maturity, and reducing spikes per hill. The paddy, when concentration of nitrobenzene was above 3 times of state standard in irrigating water, could not cultivated rice, and it had not detected nitrobenzene residue in seed only the rice could to maturity.
