摘要
为了准确分析飞机着陆过程中的飞机地面载荷,将虚拟样机技术应用到飞机动力学仿真分析中,基于ADAMS软件对飞机地面载荷进行分析计算.首先在ADAMS/Aircraft下建立全机仿真模型,然后利用全机仿真模型进行飞机地面载荷仿真计算,最后分析不同着陆参数和机身刚度特性对飞机地面载荷的影响,并通过实例计算可以看出相对于传统方法而言,虚拟样机技术在飞机地面载荷分析中的应用能提高飞机地面载荷计算的计算效率和准确性,也使得分析过程更加直观和方便.
To accurately analyze the aircraft ground load during its landing, the virtual prototyping technology was applied to the dynamics simulation analysis of aircraft, and the aircraft ground load was calculated based on ADAMS. Firstly the virtual prototyping model of a full aircraft was established in ADAMS/Aircraft. Then the ground load during the aircraft landing was calculated using the established full aircraft model. And the effects of different aircraft landing conditions and the body stiffness character settings on the aircraft ground load were analyzed. A case study shows that the application of virtual prototyping technology in aircraft ground load analysis can improve the efficiency and precision of aircraft ground load calculation.
