摘要
通过对我国体育行会的法律性质和法律地位的分析,以及对我国体育行会权力来源的探究,进而归纳出我国体育行会两种纪律处罚行为和对应的两种纪律处罚纠纷,并针对这两种纠纷提出了相应的解决机制。同时,在肯定司法对体育行会处罚行为的可诉性之余,也不能忽视体育自身的特点。
Based on the analysis of the legal nature and status of China＇s sports associations, the paper discusses their power source and summarizes two types of punishment and two corresponding disputes. The paper also proposes settlement mechanism.
