摘要
目的:小腿骨折合并软组织溃疡应用原位再生医疗技术治疗的效果观察。方法:小腿骨折完成骨折复位固定后,对软组织溃疡用MEBO药膏治疗,每日4～6次,直到溃疡愈合;创疡并骨质外露时,在外露骨皮质上用2.5mm钻头钻3～5个小孔,同样涂上MEBO,早期配合应用抗生素1周,加强全身营养。结果:24例小腿骨折合并软组织溃疡全部治愈。溃疡较浅,直径在5cm内者1周～3周愈合;溃疡较深,直径大于5cm者4周～6周愈合,溃疡并骨外露7周～10周愈合。仅有4例溃疡愈后有轻度瘢痕。结论:小腿骨折合并软组织溃疡,应用MEBO治疗效果显著,方法简单实用,溃疡愈合快,不留瘢痕。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Regeneration Therapy in situ in treating intercurrent ulcer of lower leg fracture. Method： After the lower leg fracture reposited and fixed, MEBO was applied to ulcer wound 4 - 6 times per day up to wound healing. If patient suffered from ulcer and bone exposure, drilled 3 - 5 holes with 2. 5mm drill bit on the cortex and then coated with MEBO. Antibiotics administration for a week and systemic nutrition support were required at the early stage of the treatment. Result： All intercurrenet ulcer of lower leg facture of 24 patients were healed. Healing time for superficial ulcers within 5cm of diameter were in 1 - 3 weeks, while deep ulcers larger than 5cm of diameter in 4 -6 weeks and the ulcers combining with bone exposure in 7 -10 weeks. Conclusion： It is a simple and practical way with significantly effect, shorter wound healing time and no car formation to treat intercurrent soft tissue ulcer of lower leg facture with Regeneration Therapy in situ.
