摘要
微孔发泡技术避免使用有机溶剂和高温过程,在生物组织工程支架材料的制备方面具有广阔的应用前景。研究采用DOE(试验设计)方法研究发泡温度、饱和压力及发泡时间等工艺参数对开孔度及表观密度的影响程度,根据DOE试验结果确定试验空间内的最佳工艺条件,并对聚乳酸材料的开孔机理进行探讨。
Microcellular foaming technology avoid using organic solvents and high temperature process, had broad application in the production of tissue engineering. The impact of the process parameters (foaming temperature, saturation pressure and foaming time)on the open cell degree and apparent density with DOE( design of experiment) experimental design methods were researched, and the optimum conditions was determined with DOE test results. At last, the production of the open pore mechanism of PLA was discussed.
