摘要
党的十六届五中全会提出了建设社会主义新农村的重大历史任务,这就要求拥有一支高素质的村干部队伍。新疆地域辽阔,各地村级经济发展不均衡,村干部队伍存在老龄化、文化程度较低等诸多问题,必须采取相应的措施加以解决。
In the Fifth Plenary Session of the sixteenth CPC, central committee proposea an important history mission of building a new socialist countryside. This neds the high-quality viltage cadre group. Xinjiang is broad and the economy of villages in Xinjiang develops unevenly. Village cadre group has many problems, such as aging, lower degree of literacy etc. The paper puts forward solutions to these corresponding problems.
