摘要
将流动注射技术与电化学方法相结合,实现了淀粉糖化液中还原糖的半自动化检测,提高了还原糖的分析速度。该方法在还原糖浓度0~10·0%范围内有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0·9998;对同一份标准液连续测定(n=9)的相对标准偏差为1·03%,说明精密度良好。检测了淀粉糖化液样品,回收率98·9%,表明此方法抗干扰性能良好。
The electrochemical method for semi-automatic detection of reducing sugar in starch sugar was established.The linear range was from 0 to 10.0%, linear correlation coefficient r was 0.9998.Using this method, starch sugar samples were measured and the recovery was 98.9% .Compared with the known methods, reaction was controlled more easily, analysis speed was faster and operation was simpler.
