摘要
目前茶叶包装以200~500g净含量为主,一旦开启包装则不利于剩余茶叶的保质。本文针对普洱茶这种可紧压型茶叶提出了茶叶的泡罩包装,分析了紧压型茶叶泡罩包装的工艺原理,以及茶叶泡罩包装的设计方法和材料选择,给出了自动化紧压型普洱茶泡罩包装生产线,为泡罩包装在茶叶包装中的应用提供了依据。
At present,the net quantity of a tea pack is between 200g and 500g.Once the pack is opened,the tea quality will deteriorate before the whole pack of tea is used up.This article elaborated how blister packaging was applied in packaging of Puer tea(Puer tea can be pressed), analyzed blister packaging processing principle of the pressed tea,as well as the design method and the choice of material, and introduced the automated blister packaging production line for tea.This article provided a basis for the application of blister packaging for tea.
