摘要
以宁波市政府信息公开管理平台的建设实践为例,通过对管理平台建设原则、系统组成和总体架构的阐述,管理平台核心功能的描述,公开目录体系的编制规划、公开信息分类方法和核心元数据描述的研究,与国家相关规范、标准的比较分析,重点探讨当前情况下地方政府信息公开管理平台的技术实现。
This paper is an exploration of the technical involvement of the current local government information disclosure management platform. It takes Ningbo as an example and offers an explanation of construction principles, system compositions and the overall frames of the management platform. It also gives a description of its key functions and makes a research of the disclosure catalogue sys- tem compiling plan, disclosure information classification method, and the core metadata description. In addition, a comparative study is made of the relevant government regulations and standards.
