摘要
环境公益诉讼是当今环境保护运动的发展趋势,我国开展环境公益诉讼并非无法可依。从资源法的相关规定来看,我国已具备环境公益诉讼制度的建构基础,关键在于如何将相关诉权由立法中的权利变为司法中的权利。
Environmental public interest suit is a trend of environmental protection at present. It can be implemented in China. The system of environmental public interest suit in China is based on resource law, the key lies in how to make the rights for public suit into the administration of justice rights.
