摘要
当前大学生暑期社会实践活动的组织和开展过程中在活动要求、项目论证、实践方式、结合专业、教师指导、社会支持、基地建设等方面存在一些需要改进的问题。高校必须坚持一体化分层次工作思路,积极围绕人才培养目标,寻求社会化支持,夯实基础,完善制度,转型改进,形成开展暑期社会实践活动的长效机制,让大学生真正在社会实践中"受教育、长才干、作贡献"。
Currently, there are some problems in many aspects of the organization and the process of college students＂ summer holiday social practices, i. e. , the requirements of the activities, the project assessment, the means of practice, the combination with majors, the direction of teachers, the social support, the base construction and so on. Therefore, universities and colleges must follow the integrating and multi-level working concept and foucus on the talent cultivation goal, and build a longterm effective system in this respect by seeking social suppont, strengthening the founalation, improving the system, and implementing transition strategies. By this way, college students can really ＂get education, gain competence and make contribution＂.
