摘要
本文分析了推动国家自然科学基金与地方基础研究工作之间战略协作的重要意义,回顾了国家自然科学基金委员会与地方基础研究管理部门加强协作的探索和实践,提出了新形势下进一步加强战略协作的思考和建议。
This paper discussed the significance of improving the strategic cooperation between national and provincial science funding,reviewed the exploration and practice of National Natural Science Foundation of China to enhance the cooperation with provincial basic research management sectors.Then,the paper put forwards some recommendations to improve the strategic cooperation between national and provincial science funding under the changing circumstance.
