摘要
对北京市场的牛肉及其制品进行调查。分析了市场上牛肉的分布和销售情况,提出牛肉加工增值的几种途径,为牛肉价值链条的提升,牛肉优质优价产销体系的推广提供依据。
Beef and beef products in Beijing markets were investigated. The distribution of the beef and beef products was analyzed in the study. Some ways to beef increment were summarized, and it was helpful to upgrade the beef value chain and popularize the valuable system of produce and sale.
