摘要
作为高等农林教育服务"三农"的一面旗帜,"太行山道路"给了我们诸多伦理启示,在农业现代化和社会主义新农村建设进程中农业高校教师必须切实承担起人才培育责任、科学普及责任、社会信息责任、社会经济责任、社会政治责任、社会法律责任、生态环保责任、社会伦理责任、社会文化责任:创新人才培养模式,提高教育教学质量,为农业现代化源源不断地培养和造就高素质、创造性的人才;从事科学精神和农业科学知识的普及,提高与"三农"有关人员的科学素质,为农业现代化培养造就有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民;以促进农业、农村、农民的发展作为终极目标,认识和弘扬农业科学技术正面价值,说明和抑制其负面效应;直接面向农业现代化经济建设主战场,为夯实社会主义新农村建设的物质基础提供智力支持和科技支撑等等。
As a banner on the agricultural colleges and universities serving the Agriculture - Countryside - Peasantry, ＂The Tai Hang Mountain Road＂ gives us very much ethics revelation that the teachers of the agricultural colleges and universities have to, practically and effectively, shoulder the historical responsibility for the modernization of agriculture and Socialist - new - rural - building such as brain - fostering, popularizing science - technology, information transmission, developing the rural economy, participating in government and political affairs concerning the Agriculture - Countryside - Peasantry, disseminating an elementary knowledge of law, protect the environment against pollution, scrupulously abide by ＂the Universal Ethic＂, safeguarding the Public interests, planting advanced civilization. They have to bring forth new ideas in the pattern of personnel - rearing, improve the quality of education, and train and bring up personnel of good character and creativenessfor the modernization of agriculture in an endless stream. They have to popularize agriculture science and technology, and raise the science and technology quality of persons concerned with agriculture and county and peasantry, nurture and educate the cultivated and technical and managing new - peasants. They have to carry forward the positive value of agriculture science and technology and explain and control its negative effect. Fourthly, cater to the needs of the modernization of agriculture and furnish intellectual and science -technology support for Socialist -new -rural -building. And so on.
