摘要
VCO扫频非线性校正技术是实现高精度及高分辨率线性调频连续波(LFMCW)雷达的关键技术之一。论文从VCO调频线性度的定义入手,分析了VCO扫频非线性校正技术的原理;讨论了电抗补偿线性校正、开环线性校正和闭环线性校正技术等三种基本校正技术的最新动态,并特别介绍了低阶变频域估计校正法、频偏函数重构校正法和思维进化校正法等三种新型校正技术;最后比较和展望了VCO扫频非线性校正技术。
Sweeping nonlinearity correction technology for VCO is a key technique for high-precision and high-resolution LFMCW radars. In this paper, the definitions of the VCO tuning linearity are presented, the principle of sweeping nonlinearity correction is analyzed, and the latest developments of three basic sweeping nonlinearity correction technologies for VCO, including the reactance compensation, open loop and closed loop linearization schemes are discussed. Moreover three novel correction technologies for VCO are introduced emphatically, including low-order frequency-difference-domain estimation method, rebuilding nonlinearity function method and mind evolutionary algorithm. At last, the comparison of all above technologies is given, and some possible directions in sweeping nonlinearity correction of VCO research are tipped.
