摘要
目的:建立排风藤(Solanum cathayanum)中叔胺生物碱的含量测定方法。方法:用2%盐酸为溶剂,超声波辅助浸提,以8-hydroxy-3-methoxy-5H-pyrido[2,1-c]pyrazin-5-one为对照品,采用酸性染料比色法测定叔胺生物碱含量,测定波长为410nm。结果:叔胺碱检测浓度在0.05~0.30mg/mL范围内(r=0.9990)线性关系良好,测得排风藤中叔胺生物碱含量为0.29%,RSD值为2.0%。样品加标回收率为99.28%,RSD值为1.5%。结论:方法准确,精密度高,供试品溶液显色后稳定性良好,可用于排风藤中叔胺生物碱含量测定。
Objective:To establish a method for quantitative determination of the tertiary alkaloids in Solanum cathayanum. Methods:The tertiary alkaloids content was determined by acid dye colorimetry and using 2% hydrochloric acid solution diffusion as well as ultrasound,with 8-hydroxy -3 -methoxy -5H -pyrido [2,1 -c] pyrazin -5-one as a control criterion,and the wavelength was at 410 nm. Results:The tertiary alkaloids showed a good linear relationship with absorbance when its concentration was within 0.05~0.30 mg/mL (r=0.9990). The content of the tertiary alkaloids in Solanum cathayanum was determined as 0.29%, RSD was 2.0%. And the recovery was 99.28%, with RSD 1.5%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, precise as well as a good stability after the sample solution colored. It can be used for determining the tertiary alkaloids content in Solanum cathayanum.
