摘要
机器人技术广泛应用于人类社会的各行各业,同样机器人技术也可应用于中餐菜肴生产。为此,论述了烹饪机器人的概念和特点,分析了国内外烹饪机器人的发展状况,对现有烹饪机器人进行了简要阐述。通过对烹饪机器人发展现状的分析,指出了我国烹饪机器人技术的发展目标和研究方向,以及其广泛的应用需求。
Robot technology is widely used in various sectors of human society,similarly,the robot technology may also be applied in cooking Chinese food. This paper discussed the concepts and features of cooking robots,analyzed the development condition of robots at home and abroad,briefly described the existing cooking robots,and put forward the development targets and research direction,as well as the widespread application of cooking robots through the analysis of them.
