摘要
原生质体融合技术是微生物育种方法之一,这种方法在融合子检出及鉴定环节仍然存在许多需要解决的问题。以粟酒裂殖酵母和酿酒酵母为出发菌株,进行了原生质体融合试验,并对检出的融合子采用血清学反应分析其抗原特性,以此达到鉴定融合子的目的。结果显示,在检出的2株融合子中,均表达了一方亲本的抗原特性,说明该法的在融合子鉴定中具有一定的参考价值。
Protoplast fusion technology is one of the methods of microbial breeding,but there are still many questions about selection and identification of the fusant. In these studies,we used Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Schizosaccharomyces pombe as primary strains,some experiments relating to protoplast fusion have been done. In order to identify the fusant,we inspected its antigen property by serological reaction. The result is that both the fusants express the antigen property from a single parent,it proved that the method was valuable in the fusant identification.
