摘要 现有的本体设计方法都不是针对电子政务领域的,应用这些方法进行设计,不能设计出体现电子政务领域丰富语义的本体。在对电子政务领域的特点进行分析之后,一种新方法被提出来,该方法有助于深入挖掘电子政务领域的语义。该方法在实际项目中得到了应用和验证。 Because existing building methods for ontology are not designed for e-Governance domain, rich semantics in e-Governance domain can not be embodied if using these methods. Based on analysis of characters of e-Governance, a new method is proposed which helps to dig out deeply semantics in e-Governance. And this method has been applied and verified in practice.
