摘要
针对目前信息生态环境的逐步恶化,分析了信息污染测度指标体系建立的基本思路、设计原则、构建方法。通过确定1个目标层、4个控制层和20个具体指标,探讨构建一个系统完整、逻辑清晰、层次分明的信息污染测度指标体系。
In accordance with the current progressive deterioration of information ecological environment,this paper analyzes the basic thinking,design principle and construction method of an indicator system for measuring information pollution.By identifying a target layer,4 key-courses and 20 concrete indicators,the paper explores to construct a systematically complete,logically clear and well-arranged indicator system for measuring information pollution.
