摘要
目的:探讨暖宫贴联合开塞露应用于不同产后尿潴留的临床效果。方法:选取2007年1月～2009年4月在我科住院分娩的228例单胎头位顺产后尿潴留的产妇,其中,行会阴侧切术的114例初产妇为实验组,会阴完整的114例经产妇为对照组。两组均给予暖宫贴贴于气海穴,并联合开塞露纳肛治疗。观察两组产妇解除尿潴留的时间及效果。结果:对照组解除尿潴留的起效时间明显短于实验组,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:暖宫贴联合开塞露治疗产后尿潴留,特别是会阴完整的经产妇,起效快,疗效显著,创伤小,无副作用,是简便易行的有效方法。
Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Nuangongtie combined with Kaiselu in the treatment of postpar-tum urinary retention. Methods：228 cases of lying-in women with postpartum urinary retention after single birth fetal head spontaneous labor hospitalized in our department from January 2007 to April 2009 were selected as the subjects,all subjects were divided into two groups：the experimental group contained 114 cases performed mediolateral episiotomy,and the control group contained 114 cases with intact perinaeum. Both groups were given Nuangongtie combined with Kaiselu treat -ment,then the time and effect of relieving urinary retention of the two groups were observed. Results：The initial effective time of relieving urinary retention of the control group was obviously shorter than that of the experimental group,and they showed a significant difference （P0.01）. Conclusion：Nuangongtie combined with Kaiselu in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention,especially for multipara with intact perinaeum,shows rapid effectiveness,obvious curative effect,small injury and no side effect,it is a simple and effective method.
