摘要
利用SBS与EVA对沥青进行了复合改性并对其作了动态硫化处理,从失重温度和失重速率的角度采用热重分析仪(TG)对动硫化前后SBS/EVA复合改性沥青的热稳定性能作了研究,同时还借助应变控制流变仪对上述沥青试样进行了动态力学性能的分析测试。结果表明:动态硫化处理后,可能由于沥青试样内部化学交联网络结构及SBS-沥青的接枝物的形成,不仅提高了沥青试样的热稳定性能和高温动态力学性能,也降低了沥青试样的温度敏感性。
The compound modified asphalt was prepared using SBS and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) and then they were treated with dynamic vulcanization. The thermal stability of the samples from points of temperature and velocity of weight lose was investigated using a thermogravimetric analysis machine made by PerkinElmer, USA and the dynamic mechanical properties of the samples were also analysed using a strain-controlled rheometry (PHYSICA MCR300)before and after dynamic vulcanization. The result showed: Not only the thermal stability and the high temperature dynamic mechanical properties were improved, but also the temperalure susceptivity of the modified asphalts was decreased, possibly because of forming polymer cross-linked net and grafted product of SBS-asphah in the samples after dynamic vulcanization.
