摘要
脑出血后脑水肿高峰期一般在3~4d后开始,在这一过程中,大量血红蛋白释放和降解,其降解产物铁、胆红素、一氧化碳等在脑水肿过程中起着重要作用,均参与了脑出血后迟发型水肿的形成。对血红蛋白及其降解产物的研究有望为脑出血的治疗找出新的途径。
The peak of the brain edema after intracerebral hemorrhage usually begins after 3 to 4 days. A large quantity of hemoglobin releases and degrades during this process, and its degradation products iron ion, bilirubin and carbon monoxide, etc play imprtant roles in the process of cerebral edema. They all involve in the formation of delayed brain edema after intracerebral hemorrhage. The research of hemoglobin and its degradation products is expected to find out a new way for the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage.
