摘要
内螺纹钢管因具有传热快、效率高的优点而在超临界火电锅炉中得到广泛应用。比较了普通内螺纹钢管和优化内螺纹钢管的异同,简要介绍了内螺纹钢管的拔制原理和技术要求,分析了优化内螺纹钢管的生产难点和控制要点。常州常宝精特钢管有限公司通过改进工模具设计、优化变形工艺,成功生产出优化内螺纹钢管,其产品各项参数指标均符合相关标准要求,实物质量达到国外同类产品的先进水平。
The internal-spiral steel pipe is widely used in the industrial field of manufacture of uhra-supercritical boiler for thermal power plant due to its advantages like quick heat transfer and high efficiency. Compared are the similarities and differences between the ordinary internal-spiral steel pipe and the optimum internal-spiral steel pipe. Described are the drawing principle and technical requirements for the internal-spiral steel pipe. Analyzed are the critical points and the control tips in manufacture of the optimum internal-spiral pipe. The optimum internal-spiral pipe is eventually produced successfully by Changzhou Changbao Jingte Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. by means of improving design of the tooling and dies and optimizing the deformation process. All the parameter indexes of the product are up to the requirements as specified in applicable standard, and the objective quality is also up to the advanced level of similar products as made abroad.
