摘要
目的:建立毛细管气相色谱测定藿香正气水中君药广藿香中百秋李醇含量的方法。方法:样品经萃取后用毛细管色谱法测定。色谱条件:HP-5色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm);程序升温初始温度170℃,保持3 min,以1℃·min^-1的速度升至182℃,保持1 min,再以60℃·min^-1的速度升至275℃,保持5 min,进样口温度280℃,检测器280℃,氮气流速0.6 mL·min^-1。以正十八烷为内标,氢火焰离子化(FID)检测器。结果:百秋李醇在0.041 1-0.411 2 mg·mL^-1浓度范围内,峰面积与内标峰面积之比值与浓度呈良好的线性关系(Y=2.94X+0.012 8,r=0.999 2);平均回收率为97.67%,RSD=1.48%(n=6)。结论:方法准确、简便、灵敏、快速。
Objective:To establish a capillary gas chromatography(GC) method for the determination of patchouli alcohol in Huoxiangzhengqi Liquid.Methods: The samples was determined by capillary GC,the chromatographic system was as follows: A column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm) was used Column temperature was controlled by programming: the initial temperature 170 ℃,held for 3 min,and then rose at a rate of 1 ℃·min^-1 up to 182 ℃ for 1 min,finally,rose at a rate of 60 ℃·min^-1 up to 275 ℃,holding for 5 min.The inlet temperature and the detector temperature were 280 ℃.The flow rate of carrier gas(Nitrogen) was 0.6 mL·min^-1 and n-octadecand was used as internal standard.Results: A good linearity was obtained in the range of (0.041 1)~(0.411 2 mg·mL^-1),Y=2.94X+(0.012 8),r=(0.999 2).The average recovery was 97.67% with a RSD of 1.48%(n=6).Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Huoxiangzhengqi Liquid.
