摘要
目的:观察二氧化碳试剂对血糖测定的干扰及排除。方法:将新鲜混合血清作为样品,做以下试验:(1)单独测定血糖60次,测定结果作为对照组;(2)二氧化碳与血糖同时测定60次,血糖结果作为测定组1;(3)二氧化碳与血糖两个项目之间加入项目TP、ALB、TG、TC、BUN、CRE测定60次,血糖结果作为测定组2;(4)测定二氧化碳后,加入试剂针特殊冲洗功能,测定血糖60次,血糖结果作为测定组3。三个测定组分别与对照组进行结果比较,行t检验。结果:对照组与三个测定组的血糖结果(mmol/L)分别是4.75±0.03,8.62±0.25,4.79±0.06,4.78±0.07,测定组1与对照组结果比较,测定组1血糖结果明显高于对照组,P〈0.01,有显著性差异;测定组2和测定组3分别与对照组结果比较,P〉0.05,均无显著性差异。将二氧化碳试剂作为标本测定血糖60次,血糖结果为50.38±0.28(mmol/L)。结论:二氧化碳试剂对血糖测定有干扰,通过试剂针特殊冲洗功能和项目间隔可予以排除。
Objective: To observe disturbance of carbon dioxide reagent to blood sugar detection and its elimination. Methods: Fresh mixed blood serum was chosen as sample, and the following tests were done: Test 1 was 60 times of sole blood sugar detection, whose outcomes were Control Group; Test 2 was 60 times of coinstantaneous carbon dioxide and blood sugar detection, with blood sugar outcomes as the 1st Detection Group; Test 3 was 60 times of detection sequencing exactly by carbon dioxide, TP, ALB, TG, TC, BUN, CRE and blood sugar, with blood sugar outcomes as the 2nd Detection Group; Test 4 was 60 times of detection which composed of carbon dioxide measurement, adding special swill function of reagent acus, then blood sugar measurement, with blood sugar outcomes as the 3rd Detection Group. Results of all three Detection Group were compared with results of Control Group, and t checkout was applied. Results: Blood sugar outcomes of Control Group and the three Detection Group (mmol/L) were respectively 4. 75±0.03, 8.62±0.25, 4.79±0.06 and 4.78±0. 07. For 1st Detection Group-Control Group comparison, blood sugar outcomes of 1st Detection Group were obviously higher than that of Control Group, indicating significant difference (P〈 0. 01); while both 2nd Detection Group - Control Group comparison and 3rd Detection Group - Control Group comparison indicated no significant difference (P〉0.05). Outcomes of 60 times of blood sugar detection which using carbon dioxide reagent as sample were 50.38±0.28 (mmol/L). Conclusion: Carbon dioxide reagent produces disturbance effects to blood sugar detection, which can be eliminated by special swill function of reagent acus and alternations of items.
