摘要
餐饮字号是中国商业文明的内容,体现了传统的具有东方特色的中和之美、尚意传统、尊崇自然的艺术审美追求,是民族传统审美文化的体现,也是城市的标识。当今字号创新出现了一些偏颇,但也不乏创新之作。只有注重把传统优势转化为现实优势,资源优势转化为产业优势,文化优势转化为现实优势,才能吸引顾客,提升餐饮企业自身的档次。
Restaurants' name is the main content of Chinese commercial civilization, which manifests itself in the pursuit of aesthetics for oriental moderatism, sense - esteem and worship of the nature, which are parts of Chinese traditional heritance and symbols of modern urbanization. Discontents are found in the naming of res- taurants though in an innovative way. The business prosperity and promotion can be achieved only by making swift changes in the translation of traditional advantages into real advantages, resource advantages into industry advantages and cultural advantages into real advantages.
