摘要
目的讨论深圳市南山区食物中毒发生特点,为食物中毒的防控提供依据,并就相关卫生监督执法工作进行探讨。方法对深圳市南山区2004~2008年5年间发生的食物中毒报告资料进行统计分析。结果2004~2008年深圳市南山区共发生食物中毒46起,时间分布主要集中在第二、三季度,共38起,引发食物中毒的疑似食物主要为凉菜类及烧卤熟肉类食品,共27例次,致病因素主要为细菌感染,占食物中毒总数的58.70%。结论充分了解食物中毒发生的特点及地域特征,有利于今后综合指导卫生监督工作,加强宣传教育及对重点场所的监督管理,进一步有效预防和控制食物中毒的发生。
Objective: To discuss the characteristics of food poisoning in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and provide a basis for prevention and control of food poisoning, as well as the work - related health supervision and law enforcement. Methods: We analyzed five-year food poisoning reporting data in Nanshan district, Shenzhen from 2004 to 2008. Results: There were 46 food poisoning cases in Nanshan District, Shenzben City from 2004 to 2008, in which collective canteens accounted for 58.70%, catering establishments accounted for 34.78% and the family accounted for 6.52% ; Time distribution mainly concentrated in the second and third seasons which accounted for 82.61% ,i. e. 38 cases; The suspected food poisoning caused mainly by cold and burning halogen dishes and cooked meat products were 27 cases ; The main risk factors was bacterial infections which accounted for 58.70%. Conclusion: We can prevent and control the occurrence of food poisoning effectively by full understanding of the characteristics of food poisoning and geographical features, strengthening education and key sites supervision and management.
