摘要
目的应用Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪测量中央角膜厚度(CCT),了解正常人年龄、性别、眼别与CCT之间的关系。设计横断面研究。研究对象120例正常人。方法在同仁医院近视眼中心随机选取11例近视患者,分别应用DGH4000型超声角膜测厚仪及Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪测量CCT,验证两者测量结果的一致性。连续选择不同年龄的社区体检人群120例(240眼),应用Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪测量CCT。主要指标中央角膜厚度。结果Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪与DGH4000型超声角膜测厚仪测量的CCT分别为(538.05±33.07)μm、(536.91±29.19)μm(P=0.904);两者的相关系数r=0.983(P<0.001)。正常人平均CCT为(539.20±±29.67)μm,95%可信区间为481.05~597.37μm。其中,左、右眼CCT分别为(538.54±29.05)μm、(539.86±30.38)μm(P=0.732)。男、女性的CCT分别为(542.41±27.56)μm、(536.29±31.28)μm(P=0.111)。从10岁~70岁以上各年龄段之间CCT无显著性差异(P=0.482)。结论Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪测量的CCT与超声角膜测厚仪所测结果基本一致,可作为临床上测量CCT的检测工具之一。年龄、性别、眼别对CCT无显著性影响。
Objective Pentacam Three-dimensional Anterior Segment Analyzer was used to measure the central corneal thickness (CCT) and to find out its relationship with age , gender, and fellow eyes in the noimal persons. Design Cross sectional study. Participants 120 normal persons. Methods 11 persons were selected randomly for CCT measurement using DGH4000 ultrasonic corneal paehymeter and Pentacam Three-dimensional anterior segment analyzer. The consistency of the measuring methods was analyzed. Further more, 120 cases of normal persons selected continuously were measured by Pentaeam Three-dimensional anterior segment analyzer for their CCT. Main Outcome Measurements Central corneal thickness. Results The mean CCT by Pentacam Three-dimensional anterior segment analyzer and DGH4000 ultrasonic corneal pachymeter were 538.05 ±33.07μm, 536.91 ±29.19 μm (P=0.904), respectively; the related coefficient was 0.983 (P〈 0.001). The mean CCT of 120 normal persons was 539.20±29.67μm, and 95% confidence interval of CCT was 481.05 -597.37 μm. The mean CCT of left eye and right eye were 538.54±29.05 p,m and 539.86±30.38μm, re- spectively(P=0.732); the mean CCT of male and female were 542.41±27.56μm, 536.29±31.28μ m, respectively(P=0.111). There was no significant difference among the different age groups (P=0.482). Conclusion The agreement of CCT measurement between Pentacam three-dimensional anterior segment analyzer and the ultrasonic corneal pachymeter is good. Age, gender, and lateral of the eye have no significant effect on CCT.
