摘要
镁合金微弧氧化膜层的生长按一定的成膜规律进行。从氧化过程中样品各部分尺寸的变化中发现,氧化前期是以向基体外生长为主,而后期则以向基体内生长为主。用ICP-AES仪器研究了基体中的合金元素向溶液中迁移规律。并估算了薄膜生长前期的各种料子运动情况,认为微弧氧化前期膜层的生长速度受电解液中的传质速度所控制。而薄膜生长后期则由扩散方程所控制,其中氧离子的扩散至为关键。
Some rules are obeyed on the micro-arc oxidation(MAO) forming process of the magnesium alloys. The size variation of MAO coatings in different parts is found that in the earlier stage the coating growing outward is dominant, but in the later stage the coating growing inward is dominant. And the migration rule of some alloying elements in the matrix was studied. Moreover the velocity of some particles was estimated in the earlier stage of the coating growing. The results showed that in the earlier stage the velocity of the coating growing was controlled by the velocity of the mass transfer. However in the later stage it was controlled by the diffusion equation, And the diffusion of the oxygen ion was very important.
