摘要
负倒棱是提高硬质合金插齿刀强度,减少插削硬齿面时崩刃现象的有效手段,本文提出了一种采用圆弧轨迹代替渐开线的负倒棱制造方法,建立了相应的误差分析模型,并给出了最优代圆弧的确定方法。采用最优代圆弧进行负倒棱加工产生的理论刃形误差小于0.2μm,考虑实际工装的定位误差,负倒棱产生的刃形误差可以控制在1.5μm范围内。采用最优代圆弧进行插齿刀负倒棱加工可以满足加工精度要求,并降低加工成本。
Negative rake angle chamfering is a method of strengthening the edge of gear shaper cutter and reducing the possibility of tip breakage. In this paper a method of negative rake angle chamfering along a circular arc path is proposed, model tor error estimation is established, and a method of determining the optimum arc path is proposed. Theoretically edge error generated with this method is limited within 0.2μm, with positioning error of tooling considered, an actual edge error less than 1.5μm can be obtained. This method satisfies the precision requirement of gear shaper cutters, and the implementation is economical.
