摘要
农村在生态环境保护和节约资源方面具有很大的潜力和实用价值。本文结合广西的实际情况,通过分析新农村建设的现状,提出了新农村规划过程中普遍存在的问题,并探讨解决问题的生态策略和方法。
As there are great potentiality and value of eco-environment protection and resources conservation in countryside area, the paper shows the common problems in planning of new socialist countryside as well as solution of eco-strategy based on present situation in Guangxi.
