摘要
采用超临界流体设备,以CO2为萃取剂,从野生红芝子实体中萃取灵芝三萜化合物分析了CO2密度、温度。
Triterpenes were extracted form sporophores of Ganoderma lucidum (F R·)Karst by using supercritical fluid CO 2.Some variables(time、temperature、density of supercritical fluid、adding 10% MeOH to supercritical fluid)were considered.The results indicated that the density of the supercritical fluid had the greatest effect on the extraction.Adding 10%MeOH to the supercritical CO 2 could reduce the density of supercritical fluid reqirued for effective extraction.
