畸变产物耳声发射在2型糖尿病患者听功能检测中的应用

摘要 目的观察2型糖尿病对畸变产物耳声发射(distortion product otoacoustic emission,DPOAE)的影响。方法选择听力正常的糖尿病患者及正常者各36例进行DPOAE的检测,对其结果进行对照比较。结果糖尿病患者的DPOAE幅值在1000~8000Hz出现下降,其中在2000、4000、8000Hz差异均有显著性(P均<0.05)。结论DPOAE可早期检测到耳蜗外毛细胞功能状态的改变,临床上可作为2型糖尿病患者耳蜗功能早期变化的有效监测手段。 Objective To observe the impacts of diabetes mellitus on amplitude of distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE). Methods Thirty- six diabetics with normal hearing and 36 healthy individuals as control were enrolled in this study. The ampiltude of DPOAE was measured and the data were calculated in the two groups. Results The amplitude of DPOAE in diabetics decerased between 1 000-8 000 Hz, and there were statistically significant differences at 2 000, 4 000 and 8 000 Hz (all P 〈0.05), compared with the control group. Conclusion DPOAE can detect early change of cochlear outer hair cell function, so it can be used as an effective index for detecting early changes of cochlear function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
