摘要 在shannon信息量的基础上,建立了相对纯合度信息量S′J(A2)、相对杂合度信息量S′H(A2)和相对信息量S′(A2)的概念,并赋予它们以遗传学意义。与纯合度J和杂合度H进行了理论比较,结果表明,二者在数量规律性上有很好的一致性,而各相对信息量有更好的性质。1-S′H主要反映基因的确定度,S′H(A2)主要反映基因的变异度;S′(A2)与K无关,它能反映群体的遗传变异程度,亦能比较不同位点间的遗传变异程度。 Based on Shannon information theory,the relative information capacity of homozygosity S ′ J(A 2 ) and heterozygosity S ′ H(A 2 ),relative information capacity S ′(A 2 ) were set up,also meanings in genetics given to them,then theorical comparison with homozygosity J and heterozygosity H made.The results showed that they had very good uniformity in numerical regularity,each relative information capacity had better character.The S ′ J(A 2 ) mainly reflects gene identity and the S ′ H(A 2 ) mainly reflected gene diversity; S ′(A 2 ) had no relation to K ,which could reflect the genetic variation degrees of population,and also could distinguish the genetic variation degrees among different loci.
