摘要
对于设置调压阀以控制水锤升压的水电站,调压阀拒动工况的导叶慢关闭时间较长,作为调节保证计算关键参数的机组转速升高率可能随着慢关闭时间的延长而减小。本文基于考虑机组飞逸特性的解析计算公式分析了机组转速升高率在宽时间域内的变化规律,并且结合设置调压阀的水电站算例进行了进一步的验证分析。分析结果有助于全面了解和掌握各类水电站的机组转速瞬变特性。
In the hydropower stations using pressure regulating valve for water hammer control, the rising ratio of rotating speed, an important parameter in regulating guarantee calculation, may decrease with the valve closing time due to the slower closing law of guide vanes under no-action condition of pressure regulating valve. This paper analyzes the variation of rising ratio in wide time domain using the analytical formulas and the unit's runaway characteristics, and gives a test case to verify the analytical results. These results would help comprehensive understanding of the transient characteristic of unit' s speed of hydropower stations.
