摘要
腐败是阶级社会的产物,其文化根源主要在于:(1)权力欲望是人类的本性,有其深厚的人类学背景;(2)家族主义容易使人偏离普世主义规范从而滋生腐败。在合格的权力体系中,社会成员应该依据成就获得报酬,而不是依据家族关系。文明社会有多种起调节作用的文化机制,使家与国保持富有成效的连接。
Corruption is the product of class society, its cultural roots is mainly due to （1）. the power of desire is human nature and has its deep anthropological background; （2） family easily deviates from the norms of universalism and thus corruption. In qualified power system, members of society should be paid based on achievement rather than family ties. It can be said that a civilized society to adjust a variety of cultural mechanisms to maintain a home and fruitful connections.
