摘要
回弹是板料冲压成形中普遍存在的现象,对成形零件的尺寸精度有很大的影响。以半圆柱形模具为研究对象并建立回弹计算理论模型,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对该模型进行成形和回弹模拟。通过小幅改变模具曲率,分析不同曲率和回弹量之间的关系。并在此基础上提出综合补偿系数,用于指导模具设计。
Springback is a widespread phenomenon in sheet metal forming. It has a great impact on the shape accuracy of the forming parts. This paper is focused on semi-cylindrical forming. By using the commercial finite element analysis (FEA) software ABAQUS, a model was built to simulate the forming and springback processes of semi-cylindrical forming. The effect of variation of curvature on the springback was studied by slightly changing the curvature of the cylinder. Based on this investigation, a compensation coefficient was proposed to guide the die designing.
