摘要
介绍了车载液压系统应用负载传感方式实现系统功率匹配与电液比例方向、流量的控制方法,通过对给出的应用例子的液压系统原理介绍与性能分析,指出了车载液压系统应用负载传感功率匹配与电液比例控制技术的可行性与优越性。
In this paper, the manner of application of load conduct in hydraulic system installed in vehicle was introduced. The control method of system power integration and the electro hydraulic proportional direction and flow was realized. On the basis of the analysis and the research on the key component——the electromagnetic proportional direction and flow valve, it showed that the flow rate and fluid flow direction in a hydraulic system can be controlled by the magnitude and direction of the input electrical signal. It also introduced in detail the principle constitution of the system and analysis of the property. This paper has also proved the possibility and superiority of a vehicle installed hydraulic system using technique of load conduct power integration and electro hydraulic proportional control.
