烷基苯磺酸钠长链烷基中二甲苯基取代位置与起泡性的关系 被引量:3

摘要 以间二甲苯、脂肪酰氯、溴代烷等为主要原料,合成了3种支链烷基苯磺酸钠。采用罗氏泡沫仪考察了分子结构、浓度、温度、氯化钠等因素对其泡沫性能影响。结果表明,随着二甲苯基向长烷基链中间移动,起泡性和稳泡性均有提高;随着烷基苯磺酸钠质量浓度的增加,起泡性先增加后趋于稳定,而稳泡性先下降,后趋于稳定;随着温度升高,活性剂的起泡性提高,稳泡性减弱;随氯化钠质量浓度的增大,起泡性减弱。 Three sodium branched-alkyl benzene sulfonates were synthesized from m-xylene, fat chloride and alkyl bromide. The effects of the molecular structure, concentration, temperature and sodium chloride on their foam properties were investigated by Ross-Miles method. The results showed that with the dimethylphenyl moving to the center of the long alkyl chain, both foaming power and foam stability of sodium branehed-alkyl benzene sulfonates were improved. As the mass concentration of sodium branched-alkyl benzene sulfonate increased, the foaming power increased firstly and then kept steady, while foam stability decreased firstly and then kept steady. As the temperature rose, the foaming power increased and the foam stability decreased. As the concentration of sodium chloride increased, the foaming power weakened.
