摘要
健身教练员队伍作为俱乐部的核心竞争力,对俱乐部的营运绩效和群众参加健身的积极性有着直接的影响。长株潭健身俱乐部女教练员人数偏多,年龄呈年轻化,学历、技术等级低,课时多、课酬少、内容单一。应采取积极引进资深教练员,建立和完善教研员资格认证,高校体育专业学生就读与就业并举等措施,以培养一支高素质、高水平的教练员队伍。
Fitness coaches as the club's core competitiveness have a direct impact on the club's operating performance and the enthusiasm of the masses participating in the activities of the fitness club.In fitness clubs of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan,there are more young female coaches whose education and technology levels are low.They teach more lessons and are paid less,the content of what they teach tedious.Active measures like introducing veteran coaches,establishing and improving the qualifications of teaching and research staff,simultaneously ensuring the study and the employment of university PE students should be taken to cultivate a high quality,high level team of coaches.
