摘要
建设学习型组织是新世纪图书馆工作的一个崭新课题,需要图书馆领导和每个成员从根本上转变思想,实现人本管理,创建学习型机制,建立合理的评估体制,营造团队学习的氛围。
The building of learning- typed organizations is a completely new project, which needs both the leaders and members to change their thoughts. The library should carry out the humane managing mode, build the learning- typed system, set up proper evaluating institution and create the atmosphere of group learning.
