摘要
低压隔板静叶装配是超超临界1000MW汽轮机隔板制造中最为复杂、最有难度的一道制造工序,其制造工艺性特别强。本文以低压隔板装配工艺为中心,对低压隔板静叶装配工艺技术难点、装配工艺方案制定、专用隔板静叶装配分度装置等进行了全面的研讨,以指导低压隔板静叶的装配。
The assembly of LP diaphragm nozzle blades is the most complicated and difficult process in the manufacturing of the diaphragm of ultra supercritical（USC） 1000MW steam turbines, which has very special technologies. With focus on the diaphragm assembly process, the technical difficult process and scheme, special protractor device etc are studied. The paper is useful for the same assembly process.
