摘要
采用物理再生废旧聚氨酯泡沫法制备保温材料。考察废泡粉含量对保温性能和泡体密度的影响,结果表明均呈现出非线性变化。通过对废泡粉含量为12%的泡沫进行热稳定分析,表明失重归结为发生吸附脱附、少量残存原料的完全反应、聚氨酯分解等。热碱老化试验结果表明,随着废泡粉含量的增大,耐碱性能也降低。
Preparation of insulating material is method of physical renewable waste polyurethane foam. Influence always is nonlinear variety, which is different content of waste foam powder to insulating property and foamy density, By analyzing of thermal stabilization of foam, whose content of waste foam is 12 %, the results show that the reason of weight lost is presence of sorption and desorption, complete reaction of remnants reagents, decomposition of polyurethane, and so on. The experimental result of thermal alkali aging indicates that ability of resist alkali is decreasing with increased of waste foam content.
