摘要
迁安大唐热电有限责任公司220 MW汽轮机组自正式投运后轴封系统漏汽量大,经常造成润滑油中带水,对机组的安全运行造成隐患,机组负荷只能最高维持在140 MW(带供热)左右。文章通过对轴封系统存在问题的原因进行分析,提出改进方案,并通过机组小修进行改造,系统改造后,相应改变系统的控制和调整方式,圆满地解决了轴封系统存在的问题,为机组的安全运行奠定了良好的基础。
The existed steam leakage problem in the shaft seal system of the 220 MW turbo generator unit at Qianan Datang Thermal Power Plant Co. Ltd. is quite serious. The result of the leakage is water started to mix with the lubrication oil, and this can cause potential problems to the unit safe operating. The unit load can only reach 140 MW (with heat supply). This paper analyzes the existing problems in the shaft seal system,and puts forward the improving solution. After the system reconstructed, the corresponding control and regulating mode of the system was changed. The leakage problem, therefore,was solved successfully,and a good foundation will be laid for safe operation of the unit.
