摘要
化学药物治疗被认为是现今人类对抗肿瘤的有效方法之一,但其副作用大。因此,加快化疗药物研发,合理调整治疗策略,具有重大的现实意义。对国内抗肿瘤化学药物的研发现状作一综述,并探讨抗肿瘤药物的研发策略。
Chemotherapy is considered to present an effective method to against the tumor,but its side effects is very serious.Changing the discovery direction of chemotherapy drug and the treatment strategies reasonable are of great practical significance.
