摘要
标题是论文作者核心思想的映射,是论文内容的缩影,是读者在最短时限内捕捉到的第一信息源。文章试以功能语言学派提出的"主位结构和信息结构"为理论框架,通过检索2006-2007年间五类外语类核心期刊数百篇英译标题为语料,研究分析外语类论文标题的主位结构特征和信息中心分布特征,以期证明这一理论框架对解释论文标题效果的有效性。
Title is the mapping of the author＇ s core idea,which is the epitome of thesis contents, and also the first source information that readers catch in the shortest time. With the ＂thematic structure and information structure＂ suggested by the functional linguistic school for the theoretical framework, by searching for the five core foreign journals of China in 2006 - 2007, this essay analyzes thematic structural features and information distribution to prove the validity of the theoretical framework in explaining the effect of the titles of dissertations.
