中厚板四辊轧机机架优化设计的遗传算法

摘要 针对中厚板四辊轧机机架以刚度为目标函数的优化问题,提出用遗传算法进行优化设计.用上、下横梁的高度和厚度、立柱的宽度和厚度及窗口的宽度和高度组成一个种群进行编码、繁殖、交叉等操作,并在计算机上实现编程运算.通过与用惩罚函数法所获得的最优解的比较,表明该算法在本优化设计中的有效性. The paper is aimed at the optimization problem of plate four high mill stand which takes strength as objective function and gives a genetic algorithm method to solve it. The population is made up with the up and down beam's thickness and height, the right and left beam's width and height and the window's width and height. The coding,reproduction and cross of the population is realized with computer programming. The method is feasible by comparision with obtained result to penalty function method.
