钇铝石榴石晶体固液界面形状的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文描述了引上法〈111〉方向生长的钇铝石榴石晶体固液界面纵横截面的形状特征。研究表明,透过系数大的钇铝石榴石晶体,存在一个发生界面反转的临界转速ω1,透过系数小的掺质钇铝石榴石晶体,临界转速扩展为ω2-ω3的范围,在这个范围上可生长出平界面的晶体。还有一个临界转速ω4(ω4<ω2),晶转大于ω4时,凸、平、凹三种界面的晶体在固液界面的边缘都有一个与转速有关的微凸的边缘区。横截面略呈三角形,从锥状体的尖到底有三条突出的脊,脊间有三条沟。研究了与固液界面形状有关的晶体光学不均匀性。 The characteristic shape of the vertical section and cross section of solid liquid interface of YAG crystal with direction by CZ method was described. The critical rotation rate ω 1 described inversion from a convex to a concave interface for the large transmission coefficient YAG crystal is existed.The range ω 2- ω 3 of rotation rate in which the flat solid liquid interface crystal can be grown takes the place of the critical rotation rate for the small transmission coefficient doped YAG crystal.The critical rotation rate ω 4 was found ,and the little convex areas in the edges of convex, flat or concave solid liquid interface appear when rotation rate is large than ω 4.The cross section presents triangle shape and the convex shape interface presents three ridges from the top point of the cone to the bottom of the cone. The optical homogeneity related the shape of solid liquid interface was studied.
