改善乙醇氧化制乙酸工艺经济性的途径

摘要 以变压吸附制纯氧替代空气作氧化气源,缩小反应器尺寸,减少尾气处理负荷,能降低生产费用、减少检修成本。作者还总结了节能、节水、催化剂改进、生产操作自动化等前人成果。对醋酸下游精细化工产品的开发提出建议。呼吁有关企业加强上述方面的工作以增强小醋酸的竞争力。 Pure oxygen was prepared for oxidative air source by pressureswing adsorption process. The process could reduce the size ofthe reaction vessel, simplify the disposal of tail gas, lowerproduction and overhaul costs. Achievements such as econom-izing on water and energy, catalyst promoting, operation aut-omation et. al, were summed up in this paper. Suggestions onthe development of the fine chemicals derived from acetic acidwere offered.
